Selection Process

All application materials will be reviewed after the final filing date to determine if the applicant meets the minimum qualifications. Based upon a review of the application materials, the most qualified applicants will be invited for further evaluation. Depending on the number of applications received, the next steps may consist of application review, written test, performance or practical exam, panel oral exam, oral interview, or any combination thereof.

The Court will establish a list by ranking candidates based on the examination process. This eligibility listing generally remains active for up to one year and is used to fill the current vacancy and future vacancies in the same classification. The Court reserves the right to modify the selection/examination process.
