ADA Information
It is the policy of the Superior Court of California, County of Napa, to assure that qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system.
ADA Coordinator
The Court makes all reasonable efforts to meet the needs of people with medical conditions or disabilities. Please contact the Court's ADA Coordinator by phone at (707) 299-1138 or by e-mail at ADACoordinator should you have any questions.
Submitting ADA Request for Accommodation
Request for ADA Accommodation can be made the following ways:
Complete the Request for Accommodation Form and e-mail/mail/or hand deliver to the ADA Coordinator
Call the ADA Coordinator and submit the request verbally
Submit a written request or e-mail stating the description of the accommodation along with a statement of the impairment that necessitates the accommodation
Exterior ramps are available at the Historic Courthouse and Criminal Courthouse. Entrance at the Juvenile Hall Courthouse is at street level.

Auditory Conditions
All courtrooms are equipped with a wireless Assistive Listening System that allows a person with auditory conditions to sit anywhere in the courtroom and hear the proceedings. Should you wish to use the Assistive Listening System, simply ask the Court attendant or bailiff.
